Will this fit a 1.5in belt loop holster so I can mount to molle?

This product has a specific design and application and may not apply to your specific need. The belt feature on this product is 2” wide and is designed to hold a MADPAK Utility Belt Clip. Question:
How wide is the webbing on the sides and center member and what is overall length? Will this fit regular molle loops

Answer:
The velcro MOLLE straps are one inch wide. The overall length of the belt portion of the adapter is 6 1/4". The adapter is designed to fit onto the Greyman Tactical Rigid MOLLE Panel. Rigid and soft MOLLE panel dimensions vary slightly so the fit of the adapter will vary slightly as well.

What size waists will this accommodate?

Answer:
The curvature of the clip is set at a forty-two inch radius. The overall design of the clip allows it to fit well on all waist sizes and to be attached to a straight or curved edge or bar up to an inch wide.
